b.. Stay away from bad foods, Your doctor should have given you a list of foods to avoid throughout your pregnancy during one of your first appointments, if you are experiencing sever morning sickness now is the time to pull that list out and really avoid those greasy, salty or even sweet foods.
c.. Try to calm down, anxiety can cause worse effects and can create problems for you, the baby as well as the people around you. Breathe deeply and take a load off, let all of your worries drift away whatever way possible. Try a bubble bath or some music or light reading.
d.. Try eating higher calorie foods, this does not mean load up on junk food or spoilers but rather to try and find the healthy foods with the most calorie content in them and try munching on some of them for a bit.
e.. Drink water or juices, liquids can keep you hydrated and with you losing so much of what you're taking in you need the extra hydration and electrolytes whenever you can keep it down. Many people say that carbonated beverages help so try something low sugar but carbonated, some suggest the idea of soda water mixed with juice or just plain ginger ale.
